Revival
Our Journey
Toiling for Revival for the past 42 years
About our Revival Ministries
We have been praying for revival in India since 1978 from the inception of this ministry. Standing in the Gap prayer cells were formed and India revival prayer was intensified. Missionaries are beginning to be supported to bring a spiritual transformation in North India. Since 2005 we intensified our prayers focussing on Tamil Nadu. The Lord gave three commandments on this – Cover the nation with prayer, Fill the nation with the word of God and Inherit the nation. Blessing Prayer Journey was organised in 2005 for 40 days. Simultaneously 40 days fasting prayer was conducted at Tabernacle of God at Nalumavadi. After 3 years of continuous revival prayer, hundreds of thousands of people in India were revived spiritually. Secondly we spread the nation with the word of God printing hundreds of thousands of tracts and distributed all over India.
Watchmen Prayer for India
Since 2002, Watchmen of India Prayer has been held regularly and is now conducted daily at TOG, except Sundays. Since 2006, the Standing in the Gap Prayer Conference has been organised to ignite revival prayer in believers. Through this camp, the Lord brought Prophet Bro. Vincent Selvakumar into fellowship with us.
In 2012, the Lord instructed us to intensify revival prayer through a new programme.
Revival Prayer Meetings
A 12-hour fasting prayer in Nagercoil drew over 40,000 people, with the Lord revealing things to come through Bro. Vincent Selvakumar. The National Prayer Coordination Committee, led by Bro. Patrick Joshua, joined the movement, culminating in a historic gathering of 2.5 lakh people in Chennai in January 2012.
In 2013, a 24-hour revival prayer in Trichy brought together over 20,000 participants. In 2014, Tamil Nadu was divided into five zones for Standing in the Gap Prayer Conferences, followed by a major revival prayer gathering of 2 lakh people in Chennai in 2015.
Revival Prayer Conference
In 2015, Revival Prayer Conferences were held for church pastors across six Indian states. Rev. I. Ratnam Paul’s fellowship was a great blessing. The Lord gave the vision, “One Herd, One Shepherd,” and a special 12-hour fasting prayer was held for ECI pastors and believers, igniting revival fire.
In 2016, responding to the Holy Spirit’s call to intensify prayer, a 40-day Prayer Journey was undertaken with staff and prayer warriors. As a result, the revival burden reached 4 lakh believers, who committed to pray daily from 5–6 AM, while around 1,600 pastors resolved to pray together on Saturday nights.
Revival Fasting Prayer
A 7-day Delhi Fasting Prayer Journey was organised in response to the Holy Spirit’s call, praying for the city’s security, political climate, and revival among churches. Each day was conducted in coordination with local churches.
In 2018, the Blessed Kanyakumari Festival brought revival and renewed lives. Twelve-hour fasting prayers were also held across Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. Under the “Blessed Karnataka” vision, the entire state was covered through Prayer Journeys twice, and prayer walks were recently conducted in 9,000 villages across Karnataka.
Revival Prayer Journey
In 2019, the Revival Prayer Journey and Fasting Prayers were conducted in three levels. Level One covered Tamil Nadu with 65 believers travelling by bus in prayer. Level Two covered the southern states of India with 85 prayer warriors in two buses. In the final level, 112 prayer warriors journeyed from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, covering key cities and approximately 82,000 km in prayer.
Training Camp
Since 2007, over 6,000 people have been trained through Jesus Ministry Training Camps to live, pray, and minister like Jesus. Since 2015, nearly 6,800 have been raised through Army of God Camps to stand against the powers of darkness. Evangelists Training Camps have equipped around 3,800 people to carry and spread the Gospel.
The Lord also enabled special gatherings for professionals and communities—including teachers, police, farmers, medical workers, judiciary, auto drivers, film industry, labourers, traders, politicians, and technocrats—leading many to salvation and the formation of prayer groups.
Prayer walks
In 2020, an All-Night Prayer was held at the Kanyakumari seashore, with believers from the southern districts experiencing a mighty move of the Holy Spirit. During the same year, Prayer Walks covered nearly 2,000 villages across Karnataka.
Ministers Revival Vision Conferences
Ministers Revival Vision Conferences were held across the seven zones of Tamil Nadu, inspiring participants to embrace the vision of revival.
Revival Visionary Ministries
Since 1988, a biannual Fasting Camp has been held in Tirupattur, Tamil Nadu, in partnership with Bro. Sam Jebadurai, Bro. Ebenezer Paul, Bro. G.P.S. Robinson, and Bro. Vincent Raj. Over the years, thousands of prayer warriors and servants of God have been raised through this ministry.
Since 1990, in partnership with Shalom Mission Ministries, revival efforts among the Bhil tribal communities across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh have supported 84 missionaries, 50 Bhil children, and 180 village church buildings, along with family gatherings to strengthen Bhil ministers in their ministry.
Revival Village Missionary Movement
Village Missionary Movement in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu, is a key partner in spreading revival, supporting 450 village missionaries. Since 2002, three-day Fasting Prayers and Ministers’ Gatherings have been conducted in partnership with the Tirunelveli Diocese.
Other ministry partners include Thoothukudi-Nazareth Diocese, ECI Churches, Pentecostal Synod, War on Kneel, and the National Prayer Coordination Committee.
Revival Prayer Tour to Israel
Since 2016, in response to the Lord’s revelation about Israel’s vital role in end-time revival, a Revival Prayer Tour to Israel has been organised every November. Participants spend seven days fasting and praying for revival in Israel and the nations.
Turn us again, O LORD God of hosts, Cause thy face to shine;
and we shall be saved.
Psalm 80:19
A revival is when believers obey God and fear God!
